There are over 90 Classes to enter and 28 Trophies to be won!

CLASSES INCLUDE: Vegetables - Flowers - Succulents & Cacti - Cookery - Art - Wine - Handicrafts - Photography - Crafts  - Children’s Classes - Pickles & Preserves

This year and ongoing we will no longer charge an entry fee or award monetary prizes for entries.

In lieu of entry fees, we will be collecting donations towards our Supported Charities on the 29th, 30th and on the Show Day, so look out for the buckets and help fill them up!

 The Show Schedule includes the details of all the Sections, Classes & Trophies and can be downloaded in pdf format by clicking the right hand box at the end of this page.

The Show Rules & Entry Form includes all the rules which must be followed and contact details for hand-delivery/postal/email entries. This can be downloaded by clicking the centre box at the end of this page.

Alternatively the Web Entry Form can be completed and submitted directly to us by clicking the submit button at the bottom of the form. You can access the form by clicking the left hand box at the end of the page.

Please note: if you use the web entry form and are entering more then one submission in any one class you must submit a new web entry form for each additional submission.

Completed entries can be delivered in the following ways:

IN PERSON - Between 6.30pm & 8:00pm on either Tuesday 29th or Wednesday 30th July 2025 at the Ibstone Cricket Pavilion Gray's Ln, Ibstone High Wycombe HP14 3XY

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

No entries can be accepted after 8:00pm on Wednesday 30th July 2025

Exhibits need to be staged (put on display in the show tent), between 08.00am and 10.00am on the morning of the show Saturday 2nd August 2025
